Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Waupaca Foundry. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our state-of-the-art facility through effective breakdown response and preventative maintenance.

Responsibilities
  • Facility Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance tasks to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Maintenance Equipment Repair: Troubleshoot and repair equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Process Control: Utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs) to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct regular inspections to identify and address potential quality issues.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with a focus on maintenance-related fields.
  • Experience: Proven experience in mechanical maintenance, with a strong understanding of equipment repair and maintenance procedures.
  • Skills: Proficiency in welding, hydraulics, pneumatics, fabrication, and blueprint reading.
