Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Specialist to join our team at our facility in Tell City, Indiana. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring the efficient operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including breakdown response and preventative maintenance, to maintain a state-of-the-art facility.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, including machinery, tools, and other assets.
  • Participate in our 6-S Program (housekeeping) to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Utilize process control documents and Departmental Work Instructions (DWIs) to ensure efficient operations.
  • Make necessary adjustments to machinery to ensure efficient operations.
  • Perform fabrication, machine repair, installation, and basic construction-type work as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Equivalent experience or actively pursuing a degree in a maintenance-related field.
  • Willingness to work 2nd or 3rd shift.
  • Solid work history.
  • Good oral communication skills.
  • Understanding and following instructions.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Dependable and responsible.
  • Positive work attitude.
  • Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule and work without supervision.
