About the Role

Avison Young is a global commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm, offering transaction, management, financial and consulting services. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Services Coordinator to join our team in Ontario, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our brokers and clients, including sales, marketing, and research tasks.
  • Prepare and maintain legal documents, property listings, and client reporting.
  • Coordinate deal processing, meetings, and appointments.
  • Assist with marketing materials, including brochures, email communications, and signage.
  • Conduct market research and update CRM database with current market and client information.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of real estate experience.
  • CA Salesperson License.
  • Advanced knowledge of business suite computer programs, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Adobe Creative Suite experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
