Job Responsibilities

As a Century21 agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Representing home sellers and buyers in real estate transactions
  • Coordinating with third-party entities
  • Communicating with leads through in-person meetings, phone calls, digital media, open houses, and more
  • Fostering client relationships
  • Negotiating purchase agreements and managing client issues
  • Performing strategic prospecting methods to find new clients interested in selling or buying real estate
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An active real estate license
  • Motivation and a willingness to learn and excel in your field
  • Strong communication skills

  • Comfortable using technology
Compensation

As a real estate agent, you will be an independent contractor with unlimited income potential. Full-time agents at Century21 can earn $100,000+ in their first 1-2 years.
