Position Overview


We are excited to announce an opportunity for an HR Specialist within our production facility, which is poised for significant growth. Key Responsibilities


The HR Specialist will play a vital role in supporting all employee groups by:

  • Implementing company-wide HR initiatives and addressing human resources challenges.
  • Enhancing organizational efficiency and communication.
  • Overseeing the complete recruitment cycle to ensure we attract the right talent.

Recruitment


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Developing robust recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Meeting established metrics related to recruitment effectiveness.
  • Creating innovative sourcing strategies and providing updates on recruitment channels.
  • Leading the recruitment process, including conducting interviews and managing candidate communications.

Payroll & Benefits Management


In this capacity, you will also be responsible for:

  • Ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees.
  • Addressing root causes of payroll issues and implementing long-term solutions.
  • Managing temporary staffing needs and ensuring compliance with benefit program enrollments.

Human Resources Administration


Additionally, you will:

  • Maintain employee records with confidentiality and integrity.
  • Provide guidance on company policies and address sensitive inquiries.
  • Support HR initiatives and stay informed on relevant legislation affecting human resources.

Qualifications


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A 4-year degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or as an HR Generalist.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and knowledge of labor laws.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster a positive workplace culture.

Preferred Qualifications


Additional qualifications that would be advantageous include:

  • Experience with ADP WorkforceNow.
  • Ability to recruit large hourly workforces efficiently.
  • PHR/SHRM Certification and bilingual proficiency in Spanish.
