Job Title: Sales Supervisor

FRAME is a fashion brand that embodies the essence of Californian style with European influence. As a Sales Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in helping the store achieve sales goals and maximizing profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meet and exceed personal and store sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the merchandise, ensuring excellent product knowledge.
  • Utilize exceptional sales and service skills to drive performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and maintain all sales-related policies and procedures.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and industry developments.
Customer Service:
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every client.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat customers, utilizing personal client books and assisting staff in doing the same.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively, ensuring client satisfaction.
Employee Supervision:
  • Assist in opening and closing the store in the absence of the General Manager or Assistant General Manager.
  • Ensure that all team members maintain a professional image and adhere to the brand's grooming standards.
  • Adhere to the work schedule, including time and attendance.
Operations:
  • Collaborate with the General Manager and Assistant General Manager on risk management, physical security, store cash controls, and inventory management.
  • Understand and execute all management register functions correctly.
  • Assist with stock, shipping, receiving protocols, and procedures, as well as all related paperwork.
  • Participate in the stock take process.
Visual Merchandising:
  • Ensure the selling floor is neat, organized, and reflects the correct visual image at all times.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining all merchandising and visual directives.
  • Process deliveries in a timely manner.
  • Identify product concerns in a timely manner.
  • Communicate inventory needs to support business goals.
  • Effectively relay client feedback regarding product successes and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a luxury environment.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Energetic, confident personality with a strong work ethic.
  • Proven top performer with the ability to motivate a team.
  • Fast learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Exceptional time management skills and high level of ownership.
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move objects weighing up to 15 pounds when merchandising the sales floor using ladders or stairs.
