Job Title: Dermatology Sales Player Coach

IQVIA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dermatology Sales Player Coach to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting a skincare line of products to Dermatologists and educating key physicians about the product's features, benefits, safety profile, and approved indications to ensure appropriate patient use.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of three sales representatives to promote skincare products to Dermatologists and educate key physicians.
  • Recruit, interview, and select sales representatives.
  • Handle performance reviews, personnel issues, discipline, and termination of sales representatives.
  • Generate sales in line with project goals as set by the client and agreed upon by IQVIA.
  • Act as the primary link between the client and IQVIA for all operational and human resources/personnel needs relating to the sales force.
  • Provide monthly reports to the client.
  • Make regular field visits to develop and motivate sales representatives for attainment of sales objectives, assess and monitor field activity and work schedules, monitor and manage field reporting by sales representatives, including call reporting.
  • Assist with the planning and delivery of training and periodic sales meetings.
  • Review and approve expense reports; monitor compliance with expense policies.
  • Monitor compliance with promotional programs, and proper use of promotional materials and promotional expense budgets.
  • Successfully complete all assigned training for the representative role as well as dedicate the necessary time to both retain and build the on foundational product and clinical training.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required.
  • 3+ years of pharmaceutical/medical device experience required; completion of leadership development program or similar preferred; management experience strongly preferred.
  • 2+ years dermatology experience strongly preferred. Insight, knowledge, and market awareness in dermatology is highly desired.
  • Documented sales success.
  • Proven leadership qualities and displayed ability.
  • Possess the ability to determine and set team direction.
  • Able to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Must be energetic, enthusiastic, determined, and goal-oriented.
  • Excels in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
  • Proficient technical aptitude with computer technology and devices (e.g. Microsoft Office, CRM experience, iPad, apps, etc.).

The potential base pay range for this role is $90,000 annually. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
