Once you have completed your training, you will become a dedicated Account Representative, responsible for identifying and growing new and existing business opportunities by presenting our customers with our innovative transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
Communicate effectively with the sales team and customers to build and maintain ongoing relationships
Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
Work closely with the sales team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates
Input, update, and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems
Collaborate with the support team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly
Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
Become a subject-matter expert for our new transportation services
Requirements:
College degree preferred, but we have successful account representatives without one
The determination to work harder than anyone you know
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to address conflicts effectively
Ability to work with the latest technologies
An obsession for delivering exceptional customer service
