About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our team at Total Quality Logistics. As an Account Representative, you will play a critical role in supporting our Sales Team to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate effectively with the Sales Team and customers to build and maintain ongoing relationships
  • Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure timely pickup and delivery
  • Work with the Sales Team to provide and negotiate competitive pricing and rates
  • Input, update, and manage shipment information in our state-of-the-art systems
  • Collaborate with the Support Team to guarantee each shipment is serviced properly
  • Assist with billing and accounting responsibilities as needed
  • Become a subject-matter expert for TQL's new transportation services

Requirements
  • College degree preferred, but we have successful account representatives without one
  • The determination to work harder than anyone you know
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills, while being forthright about conflict
  • Ability to work with the latest technologies
  • An obsession for great customer service
