We're seeking a skilled IT Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our team at The Swag Bag Team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second tier remote troubleshooting, training, and tech support to end users
  • Coordinate user problem resolution with outsourced IT consultants as necessary and track and report recurring problems
  • Utilize multiple internal methods to review customer information in order to provide excellent customer service
  • Communicate with clients to keep them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
  • Solid track record of providing Help Desk support
  • English language proficiency
  • Working knowledge of databases, remote control, and help desk software
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Advanced multitasking and troubleshooting abilities
  • Customer-centric mindset
