Job Description

Job Summary

K2 Staffing is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our customer base.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the necessary tools and support to succeed.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain territory, team, and individual sales plans and goals.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from marketing conversion to closed sales.
  • Prospect and qualify potential new customers using various direct and indirect methods.
  • Promote the sale of bundled products to ensure the optimal solution for the customer.
  • Develop key accounts and manage customer relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling various products and services.
  • Maintain sufficient knowledge of our customer's businesses to recognize opportunities and be perceived by the customer as a problem solver.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with third-party partners that help us deliver full solutions to customers.
  • Create face-to-face presentations and proposals, assist the sales team with building their proposals.
  • Co-present solutions with sales team members to existing and prospective clients.
  • Act in a consultative role to the customer to ensure that we are adding value to their business.
  • Participate in trade shows and other events to prospect for new business in-line with market strategy.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies with ongoing developments.
  • Monitor and track sales performance, progress, and metrics.
  • Ensure all sales information is current in CRM and maintain dashboards.
  • Prepare and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales reports.
  • Manage all selling expenses within the established travel and expense budgets.

Requirements

  • 4 years of experience in B2B technology sales with a strong, proven record of achieving revenue goals.
  • Experience managing and motivating sales teams as well as sales support teams.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Business or Sales and Marketing, or the equivalent in work experience.
  • Proven leadership abilities, with experience mentoring and developing team members.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong customer service orientation, solutions-minded, with excellent follow-up.
  • Proven to establish trust through high integrity, transparency, and approachability.
  • Experience structuring, negotiating, and executing complex agreements.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and advertising solutions available to SMBs today.
  • Experience and understanding of CRM systems, preferably HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Proficiency with G-Suite.
