Director/VP of Sales Position at Jobot

Jobot is a prominent player in the high-performance memory subsystem sector, focusing on hybrid memory, NAND, and ASIC technologies. We are seeking a proactive and seasoned Director/VP of Sales to spearhead our sales division and enhance our growth trajectory and profitability within the Engineering domain. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in OEM, DRAM, Hardware, SSD, IP Blocks, ASIC, and SEM/SEO. A solid understanding of SSD is essential, and familiarity with semiconductor memory products from industry leaders is highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Formulate and implement strategic initiatives to meet sales objectives and broaden our client base.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with customers.
  • Effectively articulate the value proposition.
  • Analyze market trends and dynamics.
  • Enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
  • Collaborate with partners and resellers to extend market outreach.
  • Guide product development and marketing strategies.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team.
  • Work in conjunction with other departments to ensure alignment of sales strategies with organizational goals.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years in a sales leadership capacity.
  • Proven ability to manage the sales cycle from planning to closure.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field; MBA is preferred.
