We are currently in search of a Head of Campus Admissions to enhance our team. This role involves overseeing, training, and managing a compliant campus Admissions Team, facilitating the selection and enrollment of qualified candidates for educational programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring adherence to relevant federal and state regulations, accreditation standards, and institutional policies regarding student enrollment.
  • Recruiting, training, and nurturing talented admissions professionals.
  • Overseeing lead distribution to the Admissions Team.
  • Monitoring daily and weekly activities of the Admissions Team to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Conducting second interviews for prospective student admissions.
  • Inspiring the Admissions Team to reach its enrollment goals while maintaining the highest ethical standards and compliance.
  • Managing the student enrollment process, including inquiries, phone screenings, and interviews.
  • Preparing and overseeing the departmental budget.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Director of Admissions or Director of Admissions in a post-secondary institution is essential.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or customer service is required.
  • A comprehensive understanding of the educational admissions process.
  • Proven ability to motivate, develop, and effectively manage a team.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, including proficiency in problem-solving and conflict resolution.
