Position Overview

The Overnight Member Services Associate is essential in maintaining a friendly atmosphere for our members, potential members, and visitors. This role involves managing front desk operations, responding to member inquiries, and ensuring the facility is clean and orderly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members, potential members, and guests with warmth and enthusiasm
  • Handle front desk duties, including phone inquiries and member check-ins
  • Update member accounts and resolve any issues
  • Maintain a clean and organized facility
  • Conclude the shift by managing cash deposits

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated punctuality, reliability, and dependability
  • Previous experience in customer service is advantageous
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations is required
  • Exhibit a positive demeanor and effective communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Willingness to work overnight shifts

Physical Requirements

  • Regular standing and walking throughout the shift
  • Frequent interaction with members in person and via phone
  • Occasional lifting of items up to 50 lbs may be necessary
  • Possible exposure to cleaning agents

Work Schedule

  • Monday from 12am to 6am
  • Various shifts throughout the remaining week
