The Travelers Indemnity Company is seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented students to join our Bond & Specialty Insurance Underwriting Internship Program. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the property & casualty insurance industry, working closely with our experienced underwriters and learning the intricacies of insurance underwriting.
What You Will Do- Assist in the evaluation of business and institutional risk, gathering and researching pertinent information.
- Develop analytical skills to evaluate the acceptability of business and institutional risk.
- Build relationships with our agents and clients, managing a profitable portfolio of business.
- Participate in project work, completing challenging and meaningful assignments.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Risk Management/Insurance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and communication skills, with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Legally eligible to work in the United States.
