Administrative Support Associate

Bristol Hospital Inc. is seeking a skilled Administrative Support Associate to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide high-quality support to our patient care areas, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional patient experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical and administrative support to assigned patient care areas, including traffic flow, maintenance of patient records, and supply management.
- Obtain and route admitting information, maintain patient rosters, and assist with room assignments.
- Communicate extensively with patients, families, and healthcare teams, processing transfers and ensuring accurate data collection.
- Assist with data collection for Quality Assurance and unit statistics, supporting medical staff with patient and system information.
- Provide administrative support to Operations Managers and Physicians, performing various tasks and maintaining accurate records.
Requirements:
- High school graduate with clerical experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of Excel, scheduling, and medical terminology.
- Superior customer service, telephone, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with occasional lifting, bending, and standing.
