Position Overview:
As a Channel Sales Senior Associate focused on the LATAM region, you will be instrumental in enhancing Freshworks' Channel Partnerships initiative in Mexico.

Your primary responsibility will be to recruit, manage, and drive the growth of our key channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture significant partner relationships, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure alignment and track progress.
  • Formulate and execute strategic business plans with targeted partners, emphasizing pipeline development and revenue enhancement.
  • Collaborate on joint business development strategies with partners to define mutual performance goals and essential milestones.
  • Oversee negotiations of enterprise agreements and work alongside cross-functional teams to achieve strategic results.
  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at generating additional revenue, particularly within Freshworks' Customer Experience, CRM, and Employee Experience offerings.
  • Build and sustain high-level relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Design and implement incentive structures that motivate and reward strategic partners.
  • Foster a collaborative alliance model that promotes mutual growth and strengthens partnerships.
  • Utilize a sales-oriented approach combined with technical expertise to meet revenue targets, enhance partner performance, and drive demand generation activities.
  • Provide comprehensive training on Freshworks solutions, concentrating on key sectors to ensure partner readiness and effectiveness.
  • Manage the execution of Marketing Development Fund (MDF) campaigns, integrating them with demand generation and partner engagement initiatives.
  • Proactively oversee a portfolio of partners, focusing on customer transformation and optimization through Freshworks solutions.
