About the Role

Sunrise Senior Living is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue for our senior living communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including referral partners, community leaders, and potential residents.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote our communities.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to inform business decisions and optimize sales strategies.
  • Develop and maintain a network of referral partners to drive lead generation and conversion.
  • Provide training and coaching to community staff on sales and marketing best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our sales strategies remain effective and competitive.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the senior living industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer service.
