Key Responsibilities
1. Assess and investigate issues across various management phases.
2. Formulate projections and strategic plans for maintenance, renovations, repairs, asset management, and customer service initiatives.

Qualifications

1. Identifying and analyzing significant program issues related to housing, determining root causes, and proposing solutions.
2. Establishing performance metrics, targets, and quality assurance standards for housing functions.
3. Directing the development of performance measurement systems and benchmarking programs.
4. Overseeing program management performance to enhance the effectiveness of housing policies and operations.
Additional Information
This position is part of the Department of Defense Priority Placement Program. A relocation incentive may be available to eligible candidates. Federal employees applying for GS positions must meet time-in-grade requirements by the closing date of this announcement.
