Job Description

Job Overview

Hamdan Resources, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Insider Threat Program Analyst to support the OUSD I&S CL&S Division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cybersecurity and a proven track record of developing and implementing effective insider threat mitigation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement insider threat policies and procedures to protect sensitive information and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Collaborate with DoD Components, the Intelligence Community, and other stakeholders to advance the DoD Counter InT mission.
  • Manage and oversee the InT Program, including preparing staff packages, briefs, and policy documents.
  • Provide oversight and guidance on training and awareness programs for the workforce.
  • Develop and maintain security and InT performance measures, including metrics, methodologies, tools, and procedures.
  • Identify issues, develop alternatives, and provide recommendations for critical program issues.
  • Conduct annual special reviews and work sensitive projects, recommending options to senior military and civilian leadership.
  • Develop initiatives to improve the integration and execution of InT Programs and oversight of InT Programs Department-wide.
  • Analyze programs and provide input to development of long-range strategic plans and programming options for resolutions.
  • Draft policy, memoranda, guidance, white papers, and other professional documents for a diverse audience.
  • Monitor and collect article inputs for the monthly or quarterly InT newsletter.
  • Draft a newsletter regarding InT trends, issues, concerns, updates, and actions for a component or DoD's Program.
  • Support the DoD Security and InT policy team and oversight processes on a continuous basis.
  • Evaluate, study, and streamline business processes annually, connecting to other missions with similar and overlapping requirements.
  • Support staff on all reporting requirements for the DoD InT Program Office.

Clearance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university.
  • 5+ years of Joint, Interagency, OSD, or Service Headquarters experience performing work with the Cyber Mission Force (CMF) or the Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) community.
  • 5+ years of experience managing cyber manpower initiatives, coordinating programming and budget issues, preparing manpower and workforce products, and representing senior leadership in cyber operations.

  • Master's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university.
