Job Summary

US Foods, Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Foster Customer Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs and providing value-added services to drive sales growth.
  • Manage Deliveries: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers, troubleshooting any issues that may arise during the order process.
  • Collect Accounts Receivable: Communicate and collect accounts receivable from customers, working closely with our credit department and clients.
  • Develop New Business: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth, leveraging market intelligence databases and other resources.
  • Stay Up-to-Date on Market Conditions: Stay informed about market conditions, product innovations, and competitors' products, prices, and sales, sharing this information with customers as part of our value-added services.
Requirements
  • 1+ Year of Sales Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in the foodservice industry or a related field.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build internal and external relationships and present to customers.
  • Problem-Solving Ability: Ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Valid Driver's License: Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
