Position: Technology Recruitment Consultant, Consulting

This position is part of our Consulting division and is designed to provide both internal teams and external clients with access to exceptional business professionals in the technology sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and recruit candidates for senior-level technology roles, including technology solution experts, solutions architects, technical architects, technology developers, data migration specialists, technology project managers, and business applications professionals.
  • Source technology experts with specific experience in applications and technologies such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Solver, Sage Intacct, Workday, Avatax, and Vertex.
  • Evaluate and interview candidates to ensure that only the most qualified individuals are presented to our internal and external clients.
  • Advise clients on comprehensive hiring strategies, customizing recruitment efforts as needed.
  • Remain informed about industry trends, including compensation standards, to ensure candidates are assessed using current benchmarks.
  • Expand and nurture our client portfolio, providing expert consultation to promote repeat business.
  • Engage with potential candidates to enhance our brand and attract top talent.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to establish realistic technical requirements for both internal and external clients.
  • Oversee all aspects of the recruitment process for professionals in the information technology sector.
  • Develop and implement a business development strategy to continuously explore market opportunities.
  • Balance recruitment efforts to effectively address urgent engagement needs, working with leadership to prioritize between internal and external opportunities.
  • Devise innovative strategies to attract talent, execute outreach campaigns, engage with candidates, and conduct screenings and background checks.
  • Create and publish technical job descriptions on relevant job boards, social media, and other platforms.
  • Manage and lead engagements to sustain and enhance expected consulting margin performance levels.
  • Source, screen, and compile a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical positions.
  • Conduct interviews using a mix of methods, including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral inquiries.
  • Build, cultivate, and maintain a comprehensive network and database of technology professionals for future opportunities.
  • Participate in technology conferences and meetups to connect with technology professionals.
  • Stay updated on technological advancements to engage in strategic discussions with clients regarding their future hiring needs.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment.
  • A proven history of success in recruiting within the technology sector, with specific expertise in geographic and industry considerations relevant to attracting and acquiring talent.
  • Experience in recruiting candidates for various ERPs, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, NetSuite, Solver, Sage Intacct, Workday, Avatax, or Vertex.
  • Hands-on experience with various interview formats, including virtual platforms.
  • Technical knowledge and the ability to comprehend and articulate job requirements for technology roles.
  • Experience utilizing professional networking platforms to source quality candidates.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persistence, resourcefulness, and a strong ability to cultivate a solid network.
  • A collaborative team player with the capability to align expectations from diverse personalities to achieve a focused objective.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of experience in technology or technical recruitment within an agency or similar business environment.
  • Strong background in sales, business development, and client relationship management.

Compensation Range for this position: $94,500 - $153,500. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location.
