Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Front Office Assistant to join our team at The Primary Health Network. As a key member of our front office staff, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth patient flow and enforcing reimbursement-related procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily clerical activities, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
  • Assist with patient scheduling, registration, and check-out processes.
  • Manage front office supplies and equipment, ensuring efficient operations.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and external partners to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and billing data.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; GED or high school diploma must be obtained within the first year of employment.
  • Minimum one year of professional office experience in a healthcare setting preferred.
  • Spanish speaker preferred.
