About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Sales Strategist, Developer Growth Leader to join our team at Andersen Corporation. This is a unique opportunity to drive business growth and expand customer relationships in the Pro Commercial and Developer accounts.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic business plans to drive incremental sales and increase customer's share of wallet. They will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure effective execution and support of customer-derived opportunities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and proposing solutions to drive profitable Andersen business growth and expand customer relationships.
  • Working collaboratively via team selling to ensure customer-derived opportunities are effectively executed and supported.
  • Presenting business improvement paths uniquely facilitated by Andersen solutions and tying insights back to market strengths.
  • Developing distinct strategies for engaging critical stakeholders on specific deals.
  • Engaging joint selling efforts with customers.

This role requires a strong analytical mind, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand customer needs, market trends, and align value creation. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing business relationships with trade customers, channel partners, and peers.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A Bachelor's degree and/or minimum 5 years of relevant selling experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strong business relationships with trade customers, channel partners, and peers.
  • Window/Door or Building Materials experience preferred.
  • Evidence of strong analytical and fact-based planning skills.
  • Disciplined and effective use of CRM and sales process methodology.
  • Ability to understand customer needs, market trends to align value and create mutually beneficial business strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to present solutions to multiple level stakeholders leveraging a variety of delivery methods.
  • Ability to collaborate in team selling environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $125,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional compensation based on performance.
