Job Overview

Care Dynamics, LLC seeks a highly skilled Ecommerce Vendor Strategist to drive growth and profitability in the lighting and home improvement industry.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account or Vendor Manager in an ecommerce environment and possess strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate account performance, identify opportunities for growth, and optimize profitability through Performance Analysis.
  • Lead complex negotiations to secure the best terms for the business through Vendor Negotiations.
  • Build and nurture relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth collaboration through Relationship Management.
  • Analyze performance data using SQL and PowerBI to provide actionable insights through Data Analysis.
  • Manage promotions, schedules, and day-to-day operational tasks through Operational Oversight.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Account or Vendor Manager in an ecommerce environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively and present confidently to senior leadership.
  • A background in the lighting or home improvement industry is highly desirable.
