Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. The successful candidate will have a strong administrative background and excellent communication skills.

Duties will include providing general clerical coordination to support office operations; reporting to the Department Chair and serving as a member of the administrative staff team; assisting with scheduling meetings, arranging business travel, and supporting agenda management and expense tracking.

Candidates must have at least 2 years of professional experience in an office setting and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $55,000 - $70,000 per year.
