Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of construction technicians in the repair and maintenance of stormwater infrastructure, underground utilities, and concrete structures.
  • Oversee project activities, manage materials and equipment, control budgets, and maintain documentation.
  • Train and mentor construction technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
  • Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Travel to project sites within Louisiana and surrounding states, up to 85% of the time.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years of experience in construction, with a focus on stormwater infrastructure repair and maintenance.
  • Proven experience in heavy equipment operations, including skid loaders, backhoes, and excavators.
  • Strong knowledge of OSHA safety practices and regulations.
  • Ability to travel Monday through Friday, with travel required 85% of the time.
  • Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
