We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to join our team at Apex Companies, LLC. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the repair and maintenance of stormwater infrastructure, underground utilities, and concrete structures.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of construction technicians in the repair and maintenance of stormwater infrastructure, underground utilities, and concrete structures.
- Oversee project activities, manage materials and equipment, control budgets, and maintain documentation.
- Train and mentor construction technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations and industry standards.
- Travel to project sites within Louisiana and surrounding states, up to 85% of the time.
- 5-7 years of experience in construction, with a focus on stormwater infrastructure repair and maintenance.
- Proven experience in heavy equipment operations, including skid loaders, backhoes, and excavators.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA safety practices and regulations.
- Ability to travel Monday through Friday, with travel required 85% of the time.
- Valid driver's license and a safe driving record.
- Year-round full-time work.
