Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Foreman to oversee and coordinate electrical installations on construction projects.

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate electrical installation activities on job sites
  • Lead and direct a team of electricians and apprentices
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate installations
  • Coordinate with project managers and contractors to meet project deadlines
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality workmanship
  • Train and mentor team members to enhance skills and productivity
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as an electrical foreman or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems and construction processes
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
