Job Overview

The Senior Construction Manager leads, directs, and works alongside the project labor crew and coordinates the execution and completion of construction labor tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop the project labor team through training, coaching, and mentoring and ensure regular feedback is shared with team
  • Coordinate task schedule and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with subcontractors to maintain a clean and organized working environment
  • Adherence to the work site safety program; identify and report any unsafe behavior on the site or hazardous conditions
  • Support and drive utilization of various Palmisano initiatives and technologies

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D; Carpentry Trade School Certificate.
  • 5 + years of civil construction experience.
  • Proficiency with software, including MS Office Suite.
  • Experience in the installation of utility work, including but not limited to storm drainage, sewer, and water mains.
  • Experience in earth-moving activities. including but not limited to sub-base installation, class II base course, large scale embankment, and excavation.
