In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with state, federal, and CHAP regulatory requirements, as well as managing all administrative tasks related to the program.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Bereavement program, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage all administrative tasks, including data entry and record-keeping
- Develop and maintain relationships with families and caregivers
- Collaborate with the Bereavement team to ensure seamless program delivery
- High school graduate required; associate degree in business management or related field preferred
- Two years of data entry experience preferred
- Knowledge and commitment to hospice philosophy required
- Proficient in English language, with ability to speak and write clearly and concisely
- Demonstrates organizational skills and ability to work independently
- Proficient in working with organizational systems and Excel software
- Ability to learn and effectively use Electronic Medical Records system
