Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with manufacturing teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain quality-related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and track performance.
  • Liaise with suppliers to address quality issues and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and quality issues in a timely and effective manner.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing process controls, identifying areas for improvement and implementing best practices.
  • Facilitate and lead process and product improvement projects to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering or manufacturing-related field.
  • Proven experience in a quality-related role, preferably in a manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience with New Product Introduction (NPI) and process control implementation.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Lean 6 Sigma techniques and ISO9001 Quality Management experience.
  • Experience working in an electronics environment and facilitating Lean events.
  • Minitab and SAP software proficiency.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt qualification or Practitioner certification.
