Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable Personal Assistant to support Raena and Joshua Stibal, leaders in the ThetaHealing community and founders of innovative wellness and business development programs. This role will be fast-paced, diverse, and rewarding for someone who thrives in spiritual wellness environments and has a passion for high-level organization and planning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Calendar management: Coordinate complex schedules, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for both Joshua and Raena.
  • Event Planning: Assist in organizing mixed online and in-person events, such as international retreats, workshops, and training seminars.
  • Project Coordination: Help manage the flow of information between multiple ongoing projects, including ThetaHealing teachings, book launches, and the Algorithm of You business modules.
  • Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, business partners, and external stakeholders.
  • Digital Organization: Oversee email inboxes, maintain client and project records, and manage online course content.
Requirements
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Experience with scheduling tools, online course platforms, and virtual event coordination.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interest in wellness, personal development, and ThetaHealing is a plus.
  • Willingness to travel for key events, including international locations.
  • Proficient in managing a remote work environment and meeting deadlines under pressure.
