We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Resident Services Coordinator to join our team at Catholic Charities of Oregon. As a key member of our Resident Services team, you will play a vital role in supporting residents, building community, and promoting social and educational programs to improve the stability and quality of life for individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities- Identify resident needs and provide services, programs, and activities to support them.
- Build and maintain partnerships with community resources and agencies to promote access to services.
- Foster positive relationships with residents, volunteers, and community partners.
- Provide information and referral services to residents.
- Follow up with residents on notices issued by property management and assist them in understanding the details and potential implications.
- Bachelor's degree in human services or equivalent lived and/or worked experience.
- Two years of previous experience providing information, referrals, and advocacy and/or case management.
- Experience working with survivors of domestic violence and completion of 40-hour Domestic Violence Advocacy training.
- Ability to communicate concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing, in English.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
