As a Phlebotomist/Medical Assistant, you'll play a critical role in our patient care team. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional patient experiences, collecting and processing specimens, and supporting our providers and administrative staff.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide best-in-class venipuncture services to patients of all ages
* Perform and assist with extended scope duties, including non-blood specimen collection, EKGs/ECGs, vitals, ear lavages, vaccines, PPD tests, and swabs
* Maintain high standards of in-office care through proper specimen labeling, handling, and processing, inventory upkeep, and tool sterilization
* Assist with clerical duties, such as answering patient messages, following up on lab cases, and supporting our providers and virtual medical team

Requirements:

* Graduation from a postsecondary Medical Assistant program or relevant training
* At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in computer technology, including typing, navigating the internet, and using multiple software systems simultaneously
* Experience working on collaborative, diverse, multi-disciplinary teams
