The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Phlebotomist at One Medical, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services. You will be responsible for collecting blood samples, performing venipuncture, and processing specimens in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture techniques
  • Process specimens in a timely and accurate manner
  • Provide excellent patient care and communication
  • Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless laboratory operations
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory procedures and technologies
Requirements:
  • Active phlebotomy certification in California
  • At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Proficiency in computer technology, including typing and navigating multiple software systems
