The OpportunityWe are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Phlebotomist to join our team. As a Phlebotomist at One Medical, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of our laboratory services. You will be responsible for collecting blood samples, performing venipuncture, and processing specimens in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Collect blood samples from patients using venipuncture techniques
- Process specimens in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide excellent patient care and communication
- Work collaboratively with our healthcare team to ensure seamless laboratory operations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest laboratory procedures and technologies
- Active phlebotomy certification in California
- At least 6 months of relevant experience as a Medical Assistant or Phlebotomist
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in computer technology, including typing and navigating multiple software systems
