Daily Responsibilities

The Senior Salesforce CRM Developer will provide advanced technical support and development for Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and user experience. As a Salesforce Developer, you will be tasked with designing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.

The Senior Salesforce CRM Developer will:

Develop and customize Salesforce applications to enhance business processes Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise Conduct regular system audits and ensure data integrity Provide training and support to end-users Uphold behaviors that align with the organization's core values and culture

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience 5+ years of relevant experience in Salesforce development Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture and best practices Experience in the financial services sector, particularly in mortgage, is preferred
