About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at SB Clinical Practice Management. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the full life-cycle recruitment process for our assigned business units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the HR team and business leaders to develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies that align with our business objectives.
  • Source and screen candidates through various channels, including social media and professional networks.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Create and document standard processes and procedures to assist managers through the recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Conduct interviews and recruitment workshops to build strong candidate pipelines.
  • Generate and analyze monthly recruitment reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Associate's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • 2 years of full-life cycle recruitment experience.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of developing recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Applicant tracking systems experience.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
  • SHRM-CP/PHR/SPHR/TAS credentials or other Human Resources certifications.
  • 5 years of full-life cycle recruitment experience within a healthcare setting.
  • Healthcare experience is strongly desired.
