JOB OVERVIEW

The Compliance Driver is tasked with regularly visiting the communities we oversee to document instances of non-compliance among homeowners. For a detailed role description, please refer to our resources.

Do you enjoy spending the majority of your workday on the road? This position involves inspecting homes for compliance by driving through the neighborhoods served by Spectrum. While you will primarily use a company vehicle, there may be occasions where you will need to utilize your personal vehicle for drives due to scheduling needs. (Mileage reimbursement is provided for personal vehicle use)

Are you equipped to assist homeowners who may be frustrated? This role may require you to de-escalate and resolve conflicts with upset homeowners. We provide training to help you navigate these situations effectively.

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Enhance service quality by suggesting process improvements and identifying new product and service opportunities
  • Engage with homeowners on various compliance-related issues and work towards their resolution
  • Address customer inquiries by understanding their needs, reviewing past inquiries, conducting research, compiling information, and ensuring customer comprehension
  • Continuously expand your job knowledge through educational opportunities and by familiarizing yourself with the governing documents of each homeowners' association
  • Some walking may be required in certain communities


QUALIFICATIONS

To qualify for this position, you must possess a valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record. While prior experience in our industry is not mandatory, we highly value self-starters who can work independently.

Knowledge Requirements

  • Proficient in computer use, particularly Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to enter data into databases and utilize iPads
