The Accounts Receivable Specialist I will provide support for the AR team at RxBenefits. The position provides financial, administrative, and clerical support by ensuring the company receives payments for goods and properly records the transactions by posting receipts and resolving discrepancies in an efficient, timely, and accurate manner.


Accounts Receivable Management:
• Research and resolve routine accounts receivable questions and discrepancies.
• Maintain detailed supporting schedules for accounting records.
• Participate in cross-training opportunities within the accounting department.
• Prepare documentation and assist with the annual external financial statement audit.

Customer Relations and Collections:

Research past due accounts and contact customers regarding any outstanding invoices and/or credits, such as unused credit memos and overpayments.

Cash receipts entry and reconciliation.

Administrative Tasks:
• Perform other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time by management.

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or other business. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Ability to adjust to competing or shifting priorities, as needed.
