Position Overview:
The Culinary Supervisor is tasked with the strategic planning, preparation, and delivery of meals for residents, staff, and visitors in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
- Uphold rigorous sanitation standards during food preparation and cleaning processes.
- Oversee kitchen personnel to ensure compliance with established protocols and routines.
- Carry out additional related duties as assigned.

Special Needs Consideration:
Respond effectively to the unique requirements of diverse groups, taking into account factors such as age, language, gender, culture, religion/spirituality, economic status, education or literacy levels, and any developmental or cognitive challenges.

Quality Assurance:
- Assess meal trays for visual appeal, taste, and compliance with individual dietary needs.
- Demonstrate expertise in catering for special events.
- Familiarity with Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) is essential.

Qualifications:
- Basic computer proficiency.
- A minimum of 2 years of culinary experience in a healthcare or similar environment.
