Responsibilities of a Studio Sales Team Member:
  • Greeting every visitor to the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and expertise
  • Presenting the OTF concept to interested prospects, also known as intros
  • Managing the front desk, which includes answering calls, engaging with members, and handling various tasks
  • Conducting studio tours for potential members
  • Collaborating closely with the coaching team to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Promoting memberships to support studio success while meeting personal sales targets
  • Following up with prospects and conducting outreach calls to aid studio growth
  • Addressing member concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Participating in studio marketing and outreach initiatives
  • Ensuring all areas of the studio are maintained in a clean and organized manner
Are You the Right Fit?
  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales environment
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a retail or fitness setting (preferred)
  • Experience in a customer-facing role (preferred)
