About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Associate to join our team at Beacon Hill. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to external dealers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a liaison to customer requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Track and troubleshoot orders from inception through completion, serving as the primary customer contact for questions and troubleshooting.
  • Manage all assigned projects and orders, utilizing strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, internal departments, and external partners.
  • Assume additional responsibilities as requested, demonstrating a high level of integrity and business ethics.
Requirements:
  • Two or more years of work experience in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • High level of integrity and business ethics, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
