HVAC Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement: Evaluate customer HVAC and energy requirements, delivering professional insights and customized recommendations.
- Lead Generation: Actively seek referrals, marketed leads, technical turn leads, and training opportunities.
- Proposal and Quotation Preparation: Develop precise and competitive quotes and proposals.
- Relationship Management: Foster robust connections with clients, contractors, and industry associates.
- Sales Demonstrations: Conduct persuasive presentations that highlight the value of our products.
- Financing Solutions: Explain and present financing options to clients.
- Negotiation and Deal Closure: Effectively negotiate terms, address client concerns, and finalize sales agreements.
- Post-Sales Assistance: Work with teams to ensure successful project implementation and ongoing support.
- Team Collaboration: Participate in daily and weekly team meetings.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in residential sales.
- Demonstrated experience in HVAC sales or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and market trends.
- Results-oriented with a history of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively.
- Familiarity with sales/service industry software is advantageous.
- Successful completion of mandatory pre-employment screenings.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Licenses/Certifications:
- Driver's License (Required)
- HIS (Home Improvement Salesperson) (Must Obtain Upon Hire)
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift/move objects, climb ladders, walk, balance, sit, and stand.
- Vision capabilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
Compensation Structure:
- Annual salary of $50,200.00.
- Commission-based earnings upon successful job completion.
