As a key member of our sales and rental team, you will be responsible for assisting with the rental and sales process, dispatching drivers, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with the rental and sales process, including processing rental agreements, check-ins, and checkouts.
  • Dispatch drivers for deliveries and pick-ups, and ensure that all equipment is properly maintained.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work closely with the sales and rental team to ensure that all customer needs are met.
  • Manage physical inventory, including tracking and maintaining accurate records of equipment availability and condition.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in a sales or rental environment.
  • Class C Driver License required.

Working Environment

This position is based in an office setting with occasional noise. The Rental and Sales Coordinator will primarily work out of the same office daily and may be required to visit inventory locations.
