Event Sales Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Event Sales Manager to join our team at The Ritz Carlton Naples Beach Resort. As an Event Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by developing and executing sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Revenue Generation: Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients, resulting in increased revenue growth.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution and high client satisfaction.
- Sales Accountability: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals, while maintaining a healthy pipeline of potential business opportunities.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as hospitality, marketing, or business.
