National Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled National Account Manager to join our team at Diageo. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategic development and expansion of our Spirits portfolio across key growth channels.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a proactive and collaborative individual who is passionate about building strong relationships with key stakeholders, including regional buyers at Costco. You will be responsible for driving Diageo's market presence and sales initiatives within Costco, ensuring our brands resonate strongly with their diverse customer base.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute annual operating plans that align with mutual growth objectives
- Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, including regional buyers at Costco
- Drive Diageo's market presence and sales initiatives within Costco
- Enhance Diageo's brand performance at Costco through key sales drivers such as promotions, distribution, and visibility
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cohesive execution of customer initiatives
- 4-year college degree required with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience
- Significant exposure to regional or national account customers across multiple sub-channels such as club, liquor, and grocery
- Strong background in Spirits and/or experience with a 3-tier route-to-market
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and fact-based selling skills
- Strong data analysis and management skills
