Role Overview
The primary objective of this position is to design, organize, and deliver comprehensive technical training programs for both external and internal clients.

  • Develop and structure training programs and materials aligned with the strategic objectives of the LEA Service organization.
  • Create and facilitate in-person, online, and e-learning training sessions for diverse audiences, including distributors and end-users.
  • Generate technical training resources for classroom and online education.
  • Guide and mentor participants (both internal and external) throughout the educational process.
  • Prepare written instructional materials, develop multimedia and e-learning content, and create interactive hands-on labs to enhance learning outcomes.
  • Oversee the setup of training environments, including classrooms and demonstration equipment, prior to sessions.
  • Assess and uphold high standards for presentations and lectures focused on safety and automation systems.
  • Deliver skilled demonstrations of automation equipment safely and effectively.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on training initiatives.
  • Adapt and manage training materials and schedules to incorporate the latest advancements in technology and equipment.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as required to support the company's strategic goals.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years in education or training preferred.
  • Experience in robotics and/or automation settings preferred.
  • Hands-on experience in electrical, mechanical, or welding disciplines is advantageous.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills are essential.
  • Ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments.
  • Capability to work independently with minimal supervision and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in presentation software and computer applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent writing, speaking, and organizational skills.
  • Experience engaging with individuals at all organizational levels.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree with 2 years of relevant experience, or an Associate degree with 4 years of relevant experience preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Customer-facing experience of 2+ years is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Employees may occasionally need to stand, walk, sit, use hands for various tasks, reach, talk, and hear. The role may involve repetitive activities and computer work. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.

Work Environment
The position is based in manufacturing facilities where personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory in certain areas. The noise level in the work environment is typically moderate to low.
