The IT Project Manager plays a crucial role in steering IT initiatives for our clients as well as managing internal projects. Success in this role hinges on effective communication with all stakeholders, judicious resource management, and meticulous planning of scope, budget, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful project execution.
  • Guarantee that all projects are delivered on schedule, within defined scope and budget.
  • Assist in defining project scope and objectives, ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans to monitor and measure progress.
  • Manage modifications to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate tools and methodologies.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and all project stakeholders.
  • Create and maintain thorough project documentation.
  • Conduct risk management to mitigate potential risks for the company and clients.
  • Proactively identify trends and develop long-term strategies to address issues before they escalate.
  • Represent the company professionally at all times, maintaining a courteous demeanor with internal customers, clients, and the public.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of experience in Project Management, with a preference for IT project management.
  • Energetic and enthusiastic, with a passion for managing and delivering projects.
  • Proven experience managing resources and projects in a cross-functional setting.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to convey project scope, status, and issues effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while upholding high-quality standards.
  • Excellent leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong technical writing skills.
  • Understanding of IT infrastructure concepts.
  • Ability to prepare Statements of Work (SOW) and develop client proposals.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to sit at a computer for extended periods.
  • Proficient in keyboarding for long durations.
  • Near vision for detailed work.
  • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and coworkers.
  • Ability to hear and respond to in-person and telephonic communications.

Work Environment

This position is primarily in-office with a hybrid schedule.
