Job Summary

The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in creating and distributing marketing materials, managing social media platforms, tracking campaign performance, and assisting with day-to-day marketing projects. Key Responsibilities
  • Marketing Materials Creation: Develop and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional emails that align with our brand's messaging and goals.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and audience insights that inform our marketing strategies.
  • Event Coordination: Help coordinate and organize marketing events, such as trade shows, webinars, or product launches, to showcase our brand's expertise and build relationships with clients.
  • Project Management: Support the marketing team in maintaining the marketing calendar and meeting deadlines for project deliverables.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track the effectiveness of campaigns by compiling reports and analyzing key metrics using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Assist in managing customer relationships and databases using CRM software to ensure seamless communication and follow-up.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including sales and design, to ensure alignment on marketing activities and deliverables.
  • Administrative Support: Perform administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and coordinating with vendors, to ensure the smooth operation of marketing projects.
Qualifications
  • Marketing Experience: Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools, with a strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing materials and communicate effectively with internal teams and clients.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
