- Transaction Processing: Accurately review, validate, and process customer transactions, including check cashing, money transfer, and customer payments.
- Financial Services: Offer personalized financial services that meet the unique needs of each customer, including cash handling and vault management.
- Account Management: Assist with customer account management and collections, including accepting payments and monitoring customer appointments.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and protocols.
- Compliance: Uphold company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations.
- Training and Development: Participate in ongoing training and stay up-to-date on company products and processes.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Background Check: Background check required (subject to applicable law).
- Physical Demands: Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and moving up to 25 pounds.
- Experience: Experience in check cashing, document verification, and/or money order processing.
- Cash Handling: Prior cash handling and cash drawer/vault management experience.
- Language Skills: Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may be required for certain locations.
